The Circuit’s RASSO training returns for 2026: a morning of practical sessions for those who prosecute and defend in rape and serious sexual offences cases.
This year’s programme covers a judge’s view of section 28, a clinician on the medical evidence, and the current position on section 41 and disclosure.
