President of the King's Bench Division

The Right Honourable Dame Victoria Sharp DBE has retired from the judiciary. She was President of the King's Bench Division and Deputy Head of Criminal Justice, and her final day as President was Wednesday 30th September 2026.

On 9th July 2026 the Courts and Tribunals Judiciary announced the appointment of The Right Honourable Lord Justice Warby as President of the King's Bench Division, succeeding Dame Victoria.
