About this session
On 8th October 2026 HHJ Cuthbert is chairing a roundtable event bringing together mental health practitioners, legal practitioners and criminal justice partners to discuss ways of improving access to justice and the handling of cases involving individuals with mental health conditions.
All are welcome to share their experiences and the current challenges faced within the system.
It will take place in the Bar Mess between 16:30 and 18:30. Refreshments will be provided.
